Favorite books for teaching students to be Balanced

The Worrysaurus is a great book for students who tend to worry. It helps students see that we can try to find happiness in the current moment and not let the worries take over.
My Body Sends a Signal is a favorite book for talking about how to handle and manage our emotions. This very thorough book is a great reference for students.
When Miles Got Made is a book about when a child loses their temper and how to calm down and handle their anger. Students will enjoy this relatable book with strategies to help handle our anger and find balance.
